RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is what matters most to us, so you are welcome to make a return within 15 days of placing your order. Please email us at hola@patamigos.com with your order number. Please note that all shipping on Returns is not covered by Patamigos.
All items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and unused. We do not require the original packaging. Please ensure a padded/tough bag or box is used to return this item to avoid breakages. We reserves the right to reject any returned product that does not comply with the above stated return policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address at the customer's expense.
Once the returned items have been inspected and approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that your return shipping label fee is deducted from your refund.

EXCHANGES
Please note you can only exchange items for a different size, based on stock availability. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.
OUR POLICY
Items should be returned unused and with all original tags and accessories attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items can only be exchanged or returned for store credit. Refunds cannot be issued for sale items.
FAULTY GOODS
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or were a manufacturing fault occurs within 15 days of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
